Why a 250 endpoint minimum?
OPSIS is built for MSPs managing real fleets. The 250 minimum ensures you're getting enough data for the self-learning system to be valuable and enough scale for the ROI to be obvious. If you're under 250, talk to us — we may be able to work something out during early adopter phase.
What counts as an endpoint?
Any Windows machine with the OPSIS agent installed. Servers and workstations both count. M365 users connected through tenant onboarding do not count as endpoints.
What happens after the 90-day rate lock?
Your rate stays the same unless we notify you 30 days in advance. We're not planning increases anytime soon. The lock-in guarantees it.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. After the 90-day early adopter period, it's month-to-month. Cancel anytime. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
Do I need to replace my RMM?
