Built by Someone Who's Been in Your Shoes
OPSIS wasn't designed in a lab. It was built by an IT veteran who got tired of watching skilled technicians waste their days on work a machine should handle.
About the Founder
OPSIS was created by Hugh, a Microsoft Certified Trainer and IT professional with deep enterprise administration experience. He's managed the infrastructure, supported the users, handled the tickets, and cleaned up the security gaps firsthand. He's seen how IT operations actually work on the ground — the repetitive fixes, the tribal knowledge that disappears when someone leaves, the M365 tenants quietly accumulating risk because nobody has time to look. He built OPSIS because every tool on the market does the same thing: detect a problem and generate an alert. None of them actually fix anything. OPSIS was designed from day one to close that gap — a platform that diagnoses issues, executes the fix safely, and remembers the solution so it never takes that long again. Built for the MSPs who manage IT for everyone else.

Autonomous IT Operations for MSPs
Why We Built This
MSPs are stuck in a cycle. Clients expect faster resolution. Technicians are burned out on repetitive work. Hiring is expensive and slow. The tools on the market generate more alerts, more dashboards, more data — but the actual fixing still falls on your team. We believe the next generation of IT operations isn't about better monitoring. It's about autonomous remediation — systems that detect, diagnose, fix, and learn without waiting for a human. That's what OPSIS delivers. Our goal is to give every MSP the operational capacity of a team twice their size, without the headcount.
How We Work
Fix It, Don't Just Flag It
Every feature we build is measured by one question: does this reduce the work a technician has to do? If it only creates another alert, we haven't done our job.
Safety Is Not Optional
Every automated action passes through multiple independent safety checks. We'd rather escalate to your team than execute something we're not confident about. Your clients' environments are not our testing ground.
Built With MSPs, Not For Them
Our beta partners aren't just customers — they shape what we build. Every feature priority, every workflow decision, every UI change is informed by people who actually run MSPs.
